Are all the articles manufactured by artisans?

Yes, each one comes with a certificate of craftsmanship quality and the artisan registration number

What care is needed for the products?

Each product has a data sheet with the cleaning and conservation care of the product

Are there different sizes?

In the case of hats, yes. So at the time of purchase it should be verified that the size of the product corresponds to the one of the end user.

Can I order an exclusive product?

Yes, as long as we are provided a design and the material choice. In this case, no refund is permitted.

Can I order business gifts?

Yes, always by contacting us at least 2 months in advance

Can I buy as a guest user?

Yes, you can. When you start the purchase process, there will be an option to subscribe for future orders or to register as a guest user.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit card, lupay, bank transfer and COD.

What taxes are included in the product price?

Only 21% VAT is included. The shipping costs are calculated once the zip code of the recipient is introduced.
For Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, taxes will be calculated after you enter the zip code of the recipient. All customs and transport costs are paid by the buyer.

Can I cancel the order?

Yes, you can cancel the order within the first 12 hours in the “My order” section.

How long will it take for the purchase to be delivered?

Between 3 and 5 days after payment has been received, provided that they are products from the store. In case of products on demand, it will be confirmed by email.

Can I send the product to a different address?

Yes, if it is specified in the order.

How is the product shipped?

Through our logistics operators.

Can I return the product if it doesn’t satisfy me?

Yes, within 15 days of receiving the package, providing that it is in its original packaging and it has not been used. There are some exceptions specified in the general terms of service.

How can I return the product?

By email, in “My order” section. Note that in these cases you will be responsible of the return shipping costs. The refund will correspond to the product price, not to the shipping costs.
